I kept hearing that I looked a bit hollow because I had too little fat around my forehead and cheeks, so I eventually got facial fat grafting! My flat forehead was especially stressful, but after the grafting, I definitely did get volume lol. The engraftment rate was better than I expected too! But... maybe because I gained some weight after surgery, my face got plump, and it feels a bit unnaturally doll-like.
