I promised myself I’d post updates every month.. But I only stayed active by leaving comments.. I’m only posting the 3-month update now.. lol My inner thigh fat has definitely gone down a lot, right?! lol That area stressed me out more than other areas haha To anyone thinking about or preparing for surgery, what I really want to say is.... I don’t think it’s quite right to assume that surgery alone will 100% give you the legs you want~! I think postoperative care is really important ^^ I’m trying not to eat things like chocolate, ice cream, or snacks as much as possible. I’m also eating lightly for dinner... waaah And one of the questions I was asked the most was whether you can go about daily life after surgery. Daily life is possible.. I’m a woman who even had an interview the day after surgery.. hahahahahahahaha But I think it’s better to rest the next day lol At first, the surgery called liposuction felt difficult for me to approach too. Since I had lived my whole life without even getting hurt somewhere and needing stitches, I think that fear was even bigger. But I’m really so satisfied. Of course it hurts. But because they use local anesthesia, the pain was extremely limited Since I endured this pain, I feel like I’ll be able to overcome the pain of childbirth later too.. Anyway, I also lost about 6 kg compared to before surgery, and I’m 170 cm, 54 kg..!!! Maybe it’s because I’ve been exercising and dieting lately My pants size went down too!! I’m so happy!!^^ I hope everyone gets pretty legs. Fighting, fighting!! haha
