I had a consultation for rhinoplasty, and they said I probably wouldn't need to use costal cartilage and that using only septal cartilage would likely be enough... It was my first clinic consultation, so I said I would look at other clinics too, but after hearing another clinic say, after looking at my nose CT, that my septal cartilage was a bit short so I would need to use costal cartilage, I realized that you're originally supposed to get a nose CT.. Here, they didn't even take a nose CT and said using only septal cartilage would probably be enough... So in the end, I didn't have surgery here
