I finally had surgery.. The review is a bit long

(I had surgery yesterday, and I’m leaving this review on my phone internet. Please understand even if it’s disorganized...) Yesterday, I finally had surgery.. Whew, it’s awful.... First, my face doesn’t have cheek fat and is on the long side, but every hospital I consulted with said I wasn’t a two-jaw surgery case, and that my chin was long and slightly retruded... I had less lateral cheekbone than an average person and didn’t have a square jaw either.. Because my face was long and my lower face was a wide U-line, if I wore my hair down, my face looked extremely big... It looked a little better when tied up.. So I always wore it tied, and I wanted my face to look even a little smaller and shorter, and eventually I had surgery. I had a sandwich osteotomy to reduce the length and had surgery for the retruded chin.. They also cut the secondary angle that forms when doing retruded chin surgery, and because of asymmetry, they also did cortical bone removal only on the right side... First, before surgery, I was worried a lot and also felt numb, but from the day before, I got extremely nervous.. I went to the hospital, met the director again, did the design, changed into surgical clothes, and in the inpatient room I got a swelling injection for about an hour before going into the operating room.. The anesthesiologist was there, asked me various things like whether I had side effects, asked if I was nervous, the nurses were busy here and there, and I was just staring at the ceiling, trembling.. I could feel the sleep anesthetic going in.. I thought, “Ah, I’m going to fall asleep now,” and stayed comfortable.. When I woke up, I was lying in the operating room and was moved to the recovery room in a wheelchair.. There were tubes connected all over my body.. I found out today that when you get facial contouring, they insert a urinary catheter.. I didn’t see that mentioned in reviews... There were even two blood drainage tubes in my mouth.. I had the compression band on, and my chin really hurt so, so, so, so much that I thought I’d go crazy.. I’m originally good at tolerating pain.. During surgery, they put in an IV with a thick needle, and even when they do that or draw blood, I watch the needle go in without making a sound.. I can endure most pain without painkillers, but this really hurt so much... The woman in the inpatient room next to me was in so much pain too, so we kept asking for painkillers together.. I would fall asleep from the anesthesia, but when I woke up from pain, maybe because I had just woken up, my face was even more swollen and painful.. Luckily, I only had swelling on my chin, and my face only had swelling about like after fat grafting, but it still hurt terribly.. Some people said it didn’t hurt, so I didn’t worry, but still, it’s bone surgery, so would it not hurt? I went in somewhat prepared, but for me, I think it was beyond what I imagined... I wonder if I’m scaring people who are preparing in advance too much.. Anyway, after getting painkillers three times, taking medicine, and time passing, it seemed to get a little better, but it still kept hurting, and I don’t know how the day passed.. I barely slept either because if I slept, it swelled more and throbbed..
