I had two consultations, and the director was extremely kind both times. They explained the surgery in great detail, so I trusted them. They clearly told me what was necessary and what was unnecessary, and the consultation manager also explained things in detail even before I asked questions. At the second consultation, I wrote down all the questions I had and asked them all, and they answered everything without showing even the slightest sign of being busy, which was really nice. Also, since they use fixed pricing, it’s a bit disappointing that there are no discounts (it seems only referral and cash discounts are available), but if anything, I think fixed pricing is better than other hospitals where the price is whatever the manager says it is.
