I’m so depressed, so I’m trying to write this.. I cared about the shape too, of course, but I was most worried about side effects, so I mainly went around consulting at places that seemed safe and had good aftercare. After visiting about 6–7 places, I decided on the place where someone I know had surgery and got it done there. (This place is also famous for operating cleanly!) Ah, for materials, I used 1 mm silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. (They said my bridge was high, but my nose got lower toward the tip.) I had it done in early April this year. After my rhinoplasty, I was so worried about side effects that I focused on making the environment as clean as possible. I basically disinfected things like it was an operating tableㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋ Just in case, I bought saline solution, stocked up on alcohol swabs, and even bought medical forceps and scissors. Every time I used them, I wiped the opening of the saline bottle with an alcohol swab and wiped the forceps and scissors too. For 2 weeks, I barely talked, and I didn’t even contact my friends because I was afraid I might laughㅠㅠ.. Even though I paid that much attention and tried that hard, problems started to appear.. One week after surgery, I had the stitches inside my nose removed, and there was something like a blood scab on the mucous membrane side inside my right nostrilㅜㅜㅜㅜ!!!! Honestly, at that time it hadn’t been long since surgery, so I thought having a blood scab on the mucous membrane could totally happen. But when I was applying ointment with a cotton swab, the blood scab came off and I could see something that looked like cartilageㅜㅜ…(this was when my mental breakdown really started) So I was supposed to see the director one last time at 2 weeks after surgery and then come back after 6 months, but I went to the clinic once every week for 2 monthsㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, at the 2-week visit, he looked at the mucous membrane, drew blood, did a treatment to artificially make a blood scab, and told me to come back in a month. The director said that since my nose had been made higher than my original nose, it would take some time for the mucous membrane to regenerate. He told me that if the blood scab fell off, I absolutely had to apply the eye ointment well, so I said okay. From then on, my anxiety really hit max level, so I set alarms to apply the eye ointment, and every hour I took photos from the front, side, and underneath to check the shape and any color differences in my noseㅜㅜ At first I thought maybe it was okay, but each week when I went to the clinic, the blood scab they had attached kept falling off more easily. Later, the tip of my nose would turn slightly red and then get better repeatedly, and yellowish discharge started coming from the mucous membrane area where the cartilage was exposedㅜㅜㅜㅜㅠ I was so scared I couldn’t even sleep, and I pleaded with the manager late at night to please get me an appointment as soon as possible. I held out like that for 2 months, and then the director checked my condition and said the mucous membrane was healing slowly. He said if the cartilage stayed exposed like that, we wouldn’t know when inflammation might develop, so we should do surgery now to lower the nose to match the mucous membrane.. It honestly felt like a bolt from the blue, but on the other hand, if this was the only way to resolve this mental distress, I thought I should at least do it. Luckily, I was able to have surgery the day after hearing that, so I just went straight into surgery. Honestly, I was worried about having surgery at the 2-month mark, and I didn’t know how much the height would be lowered, so I asked in a rush. He said it wasn’t an ideal time for surgery, but if we left it like this, there was a chance a bigger problem could happen, so he thought surgery would be better.. Today is day 4 after the surgery, and seeing my lowered nose is making reality hit me and I feel depressed. I wonder if I went through all that for 2 months just for this. The money feels like such a waste, I wasted so much time, the shape of my nose seems less pretty than my original nose, and it’s hard to find cases of people having surgery at 2 months, so I don’t even know who to ask for reviewsㅠㅜㅜ I’m a repeat applicant for the acting/film department, so this period is really important, but it looks like I won’t even be able to apply for early admissions. I’m so upset and depressed, but I’m in a situation where I can’t blame anyoneㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅜㅜㅜ Right now I’m just solving Suneung Special Lecture questionsㅋㅋㅋ I’m so depressed. I don’t even want to look in the mirror, and I keep wondering if this is all my fault.. Still, there are many clinics that only bring up revision surgery after serious side effects have already happened, or tell you to try holding out for 6 months, but he brought up surgery first, and when I was getting mucous membrane regeneration treatment, he kept monitoring my progress. Seeing that, I’m comforting myself by thinking that at least I met a good doctorㅜ It’s only been 4 days since surgery, so I need to keep watching it, but right now I just hope no inflammation develops and that it heals nicely and well. Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
