Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I want to remove silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage from my nose surgeryㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ

Today is exactly day 13 since my nose surgery. They said they put in about 4 mm-4.5 mm of silicone, and they used both ear cartilage and septal cartilage. After the taping was removed on day 5, there hasn't been a single moment when my mind felt at ease; I've only suffered emotionally to death. At first, everyone said it was probably swelling, and I thought so too. My nose became much bigger and longer-looking than the nose I wanted and imagined. I originally had almost no nasal bridge, but my nasal tip was on the higher side, and maybe because they raised the tip a lot, the nasal tip has become bulky and high, so all I can see on my face is my nose. After the stitches were removed, I walked around every day and now there's almost no swelling. My friends even say I look so gaunt, and there is not a bit of swelling in my face. It's the same between my eyebrows, and I think there is just a little at the nasal tip. Now, in my nose with almost no swelling, the glabella area is at the level where the boundary of the silicone insertion area is visible, and because the silicone in the glabella area is crooked, instead of being like ||, it's like //, and that crookedness also shows through. I tend to open my eyes using my eyebrows, and when I open them that way, it shows through even more clearly. The nasal tip is just high and blunt. I really.. don't like it, but I try to think it's swelling. They said my nose was a short nose and that they would lengthen it, but maybe because of that, the columella has become too long, so my nose looks long and my whole face looks long too. Maybe because the nose looks long, the fact that the nasal tip is crooked is also much more noticeably visible than before. Even if I give them every benefit of the doubt and think the silicone is crooked because my nose was originally crooked, from the consultation onward, I repeatedly said only that I wanted it natural, and I only said I didn't mind even if it wasn't high, but they told me that 4 mm would feel lacking, so I said, "Ah, then a lacking amount is good," and that I didn't mind, and asked them to do it around that. I did think 4 mm might be high, but the doctor only said that with my nose, even if a lot was inserted, it would look natural, so I trusted them. The result is a nose that is big, long, and obviously crooked.. It feels like they suddenly detached Lee Soo-hyuk's nose and stuck only that onto my face. For two weeks, I think I've thought about wanting to die five million times. When I went to the clinic and asked this and that with a depressed expression, they said it was an extremely well-done nose, to wait just a month and no one would know I had it done.. That visually, it doesn't show through at all, and even the crookedness is an extremely successful case compared with my original nose. Wow...... I thought, this is how they make a person feel like a fool. When I asked the doctor about revision surgery and removing the silicone, they said removal can be done at any time, but why remove it when it's a well-done nose, and that revision surgery should be done after seeing the nose once it has settled, around six months later. I came out and said I wanted to talk with the manager, but they only said everyone is like that at this stage and to wait. When I asked the cost to remove the silicone, they said their clinic doesn't have cases like that, so a cost for that hasn't been set.. I chose this clinic because it was famous in Gangnam and I heard the director had long been famous for nose surgery, so I thought I could trust it, but for me, it really seems to have been the worst choice. What on earth is the director's standard of naturalness.... If I lower the silicone height to around 2.5 and I don't know what it means to make the nasal tip look long, will it stop showing through and become okay if I remove it.. Or is removing everything the way out of this awful state of mind.. I feel endlessly sorry to my parents. After 6 months, I won't have time to do revision surgery, so if that's the case, is removal the best option now, and would there be no problem even if I remove it now.. I want to hear advice from many people. I'm scared that I might really become psychotic and suddenly die or something.
