In 2020, I applied to be a real model through the ㄱㄴㅇㄴ app and went in. I wasn't selected as a model, and I was told to choose between autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, and they recommended substitute dermis instead of silicone. I think the estimate was 8 million won. I was trying to get revision surgery because I was dissatisfied with the shape rather than because of side effects. I don't know why they recommended substitute dermis when other clinics had not even brought it up, but they did tell me clearly that what cannot be done with my nose cannot be done.
