Now 3 months after breast augmentation!

It’s now been 3 months since I had breast augmentation at ID~ Around the 1-month mark, it still felt a bit numb and firm, so I went diligently for hospital care. The hospital explained each precaution one by one, so I organized them in my own way and kept checking them, moving as much as possible according to the schedule! Immediately after surgery ~ up to week 2 Wear a compression bra / Wear a compression bra right after surgery (usually 4–6 weeks) / Very important for swelling, implant fixation, and shaping!!! / Be careful using your arms! Don’t raise them too high or lift heavy things / Be careful with shampooing, laundry, and carrying bags / For showering, check with the director + communicate with the hospital! Follow their instructions / Usually possible from 3–5 days after, but before stitches are removed, clean only the upper body / Sleeping position: recommended to sleep flat on your back until the implants settle into place / Don’t sleep on your side or stomach Weeks 2–4 Period when swelling goes down and the shape starts settling / Receive aftercare (schedule visits and continue receiving care) / If you receive care such as scar laser and texture injections, it settles much more softly / Breast massage (this should also be adjusted while communicating with the hospital) Week 5 ~ 3 months Texture improvement & resuming activities / Wearing a wired bra starts from this period / At first, you only wear the compression bra, then around this time you can switch to a wired bra / Light exercise is possible / Upper-body exercise is still too much, but lower-body-focused exercise or cardio can be started slowly / Continue scar care / Ongoing care such as scar ointment + tape + laser is recommended *This probably differs depending on your condition too, but it’s based on the guidance I received + organized in my own style, so please just use it lightly as a reference! Anyway, in the early post-op period, since the size really changes, there were lots of things to buy and I did spend some money, but it was spending I don’t regret at all... hahaha The day I went for surgery is already starting to feel blurry, and I think I was lucky to have almost no pain, so there wasn’t much discomfort? pain? either. People say you need about 6 months to be in a stable phase, but I don’t feel much discomfort even now, so I think I’m okay~~ For breasts, more than anything else, I think it’s right to do it somewhere with a doctor who has done a lot of surgeries and where you can see all types and sizes of implants!
