On the day of surgery, I first had a consultation with the director in the consultation room. The desk staff had opened someone else's chart, and neither the staff nor the director noticed and were about to proceed with the consultation. I said it myself, and only then did they reopen my chart, but there wasn't even one word of apology... I mentioned it before the surgery started, so it was resolved, and since they would be looking directly at my eyes to decide the line anyway, I decided not to make an issue of it separately.
I had the surgery and suture removal without any problems, and every time I visited, the director checked on me before leaving.
About 7 months after surgery, I visited for a progress check. There was no difference when I was just keeping my eyes open, but when I opened my eyes as wide as possible without raising my eyebrows, my eyes were uneven, so I had it checked. They said my right eyelid was covering a little more, so a slight skin incision would be enough.
During both the consultation and the progress check, I was told that 100% left-right symmetry is impossible, but when I open my eyes wide there is a noticeable difference, so I'm not 100% satisfied. Revision surgery is free within 2 years after surgery, so I plan to make an appointment later and get the surgery.
