First of all they are very conscientious. They told me I wasn’t really someone who needed surgery, that I was already sufficiently slim, and therefore they did not recommend surgery. They said the result would be disappointing compared with the cost. So in the end I didn’t even get as far as surgery, but after hearing that, I felt the bone itself wasn’t the problem, so they recommended lifting. It’s a conscientious hospital. They even refunded the consultation fee
