The consultant wasn’t particularly kind or unkind, just a tired office worker... But what matters is the doctor! He did the consultation well, and I could feel that he was conservative. He said that if I’m not having osteotomy, there would be no cotton inside the nose, which sounded tempting! My nose is a round style with the columella area set back, so if the columella is brought out, the nose might look longer, so I put it on hold. My nose is already long to begin with He clearly said what’s impossible is impossible, so I recommend getting a consultation.
