My first surgery was with ear cartilage and the second was with costal cartilage, but I didn’t like the shape, so I had surgery again after just two weeks. So my nose has been opened three times. But the current shape suits my face, and the height is just natural,, even though I even used costal cartilage. What I wanted was a very sharp nose with a totally chic-looking nasal tip. If I do costal cartilage one more time from here, is there not much chance it will turn out well? Please give me advice from those who have had many surgeries.
