1. Sinnonhyeon Dress This was the only place where I couldn’t consult with the director. They said I could if I waited, but the vibe was kind of, “Do you really need to?” They said people who decide to get surgery will see the director during design anyway, so a consultation with just the consultant is enough. That was the nuance. Honestly, the consultant isn’t even a doctor, and from the moment she looked at my eyes, made her own diagnosis, and said I’d have to wait for a director consultation, I wondered if this was just how they normally do things, then thought, no, this isn’t right. They said it was famous, but I immediately crossed it off my list. CCTV can only be disclosed if a problem occurs. The diagnoses I received were natural adhesion + ptosis correction, and incisional surgery + ptosis correction. Incisional surgery was about 1 million KRW more expensive. Wait 15 minutes, consultation time 18 minutes.
2. Sinsa Noh Sang-hoon The consultant consultation was calm and detailed. They first listened to what I wanted to improve, then guided the consultation accordingly, so I was able to consult in a comfortable atmosphere. The consultation was good. They said the chief director has difficulty doing surgeries because of hospital management. The hospital is named after the chief director though... Anyway, I consulted with another director, and the director consultation was calm and good. Since my eyes are protruding, buried sutures may come undone, so they recommended incisional surgery. CCTV can be requested. They didn’t overdo it and only diagnosed what was necessary, so I got a good impression. But the price felt expensive. No, it was expensive. Wait 10 minutes, consultation time 50 minutes.
3. Apgujeong Ione The hospital interior was clean. They even placed paintings up to the operating room, and the interior felt unique. What was unusual here was that as soon as I called, they told me there would be a consultation fee and that surgery costs start from 2.5 million KRW, telling me to come knowing that, which didn’t feel good. What? I felt a bit taken aback, like they were just bringing up the price right away without even seeing my eyes. The director had a gentle style. Rather than explaining the surgery, they mainly showed and explained the design. The consultant was just like, if you want to do it, do it; if not, don’t. We have plenty of patients anyway. You don’t have to do it... exactly that style. No persuasion at all, and the tone was kind of half-hearted... if you want to do it, do it; if not, don’t. I know the hospital has a lot of people, but my impression of the consultation was really bad. I was diagnosed for epicanthoplasty plus incisional surgery for an inner double eyelid. They said there’s no need to view CCTV because it’s under local anesthesia. Wait 15 minutes, consultation 12 minutes, consultation fee 10,000 KRW. This place was the most expensive, with no discount either, just a small cash-price discount.
4. Sinsa TS This was the hospital where I waited the longest. The director also seemed the busiest. The front desk staff were the kindest. The consultant consultation felt like just figuring out what surgery I wanted. They recommended incisional surgery + asymmetric ptosis correction + upper eyelid fat repositioning. The director felt rushed and pressed for time. I got the feeling they were adding things to increase revenue. They probably are basically busy because they have many patients. This place gave the most diagnoses, and while the consultant was nice, it felt like nothing more and nothing less than giving price information for the diagnoses. Professionalism and persuasion were lacking. If you apply for an acquaintance to observe, you can watch CCTV directly. Wait 52 minutes. Consultation 30 minutes. On the expensive side.
5. Apgujeong Olo I liked that the consultant explained all the pros and cons of incisional and buried-suture methods according to my needs, and gave detailed guidance on the surgical method. They explained everything, even design and balance. It felt the most systematic when I consulted there. During the director consultation, they used medical instruments and said my left eyeball is positioned higher, so the asymmetry in my right eyeball does not need to be operated on as extensively as ptosis. For improvement, they recommended making the double-eyelid line thin and proceeding with incisional ptosis correction. They did not recommend anything else. This was the first hospital to talk about eyeball position. It felt like they diagnosed my condition in detail and reasonably explained why I needed this surgery. Best consultation impression. CCTV available. No wait, consultation 50 minutes.

There are lots of promotional posts on cafes and apps, so distinguish them carefully and decide after going for consultations yourself. Even at famous hospitals, once you actually go, there are many hospitals that treat you like just Money 1, Money 2.
