It’s hard to open my eyes and the area is hollow, so I’m planning to get fat grafting above the eyes I decided on the upper eyelids because this place seems to do up to the second round with fresh fat and seems specialized in upper eyelid fat grafting, but I also have some under-eye fat, though it’s not severe,, I have dark circles too, and they said my tear troughs are hollow, so I’m a case that also needs fat grafting I want to do the surgeries all at once, so I’ve visited about 10 places in person, but each clinic says something different, so it only makes me more confused But in my opinion, upper eyelid fat grafting looks harder because it has to be placed well into the orbital fat, so I’m thinking of doing the lower blepharoplasty together at the place I chose for upper eyelid fat grafting. What do you think? The director seems to specialize in eyes and breasts and also seems to do a lot of revision eye surgery, but it seems like lower blepharoplasty has more side effects than I expected, so I’m wondering if I should do it separately.. This place also says they reinforce the septum, release the tear trough ligament, and even do repositioning, so the method seems okay, but there aren’t many reviews, so I’m worried.. What do you think?
