During the consultation, I liked that the director looked at things very thoroughly and mapped out the eyelid line for me. At other hospitals, I hadn’t heard them explain my eye shape like that, but here they told me what issues there were and how the line should be designed, so it felt quite trustworthy. There were also many people at the clinic, and both the director and consultant were kind.
