Honestly, even when I decided to have this surgery, I wondered whether it would really be possible to look younger and prettier~! Now that 10 months have passed, every time I look in the mirror, I feel so good that I think those worries were unnecessary. As time has passed after surgery, my facial lines have become more refined and my impression has softened, and I especially love how my jawline and forehead line connect naturally~ In the past, whenever I took selfies or group photos, I would always hide in the back, but these days I’m actually used to taking photos from the front~ Every time people ask, “You look younger these days,” or “Did something good happen?” I can’t help but laugh inside haha Standing in front of the mirror is enjoyable, and makeup is much easier too. Before, I focused on covering things up, but these days it feels more like I’m just adding a little vitality to my natural look. More than anything, what changed noticeably is my expression. Before, maybe because my face looked saggy and tired, even when I smiled I looked a bit worn out, but now I smile naturally, and because that shows on my face as it is, I feel brighter myself too. Another unexpected thing was that the temporomandibular joint pain I had had for a long time disappeared at some point. My jaw always used to make sounds and feel uncomfortable, but these days I hardly feel those symptoms anymore, so it feels like I received an unexpected bonus. The best! My friends around me also often tell me I really look younger, and although my parents were worried at first, now they say, “It looks very natural and pretty.” Thanks to these reactions, I’m also living more healthily and confidently. Going forward, I want to work on skin elasticity and pore care too, so I’m planning to visit a dermatology clinic. Since I’ve already gone through a big external change, I think caring for my skin as well will make it feel more complete. I’m full of gratitude to the clinic and everyone who has taken care of me until now. These days, I really feel that the surgery didn’t simply change my appearance, but changed the whole atmosphere of my life.
