The consultant was just okay, but the director was very kind. When I asked anything, they explained in detail and even gave examples, and they did not try to gloss over each question. I liked that they realistically pointed out what was possible and impossible with my nose. More than anything, I really liked that they seemed to set the direction based on the patient's opinion rather than their own opinion.
