The director explains things well, the consultant is kind, and the price is just a little on the expensive side, not extremely expensive. It's okay. But when I saw the edited nose photos, the noses looked too dramatic. Looking at the review photos too, they seem to prefer dramatic results. I had expectations because this community said they pursue natural results, but I don't think that's the case, so I probably won't do it here. Also, the surgical method they recommended to me is unusual. They said they insert silicone almost to the nasal tip and use ear cartilage only for the finishing part. They said it's a safe surgical method that keeps the nasal tip from dropping. But it's a bit unfamiliar. Still, if I liked the shape, I probably would have done it here
