It’s day 27 since my revision surgery. I had the nasal tip done with septal cartilage, fat removal, lateral nasal bone osteotomy, and silicone inserted into the nasal bridge. This is my 3rd revision surgery. I had my first surgery 5 years ago in Bucheon (2.3 million won). They used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but they only raised the nasal tip too much and didn’t put anything in the bridge. And whether the doctor did the surgery badly or not, I developed rhinitis that I didn’t have before and suffered a lot. 8 months later, I told the place where I had it done that rhinitis was making things too difficult, so I asked them to do revision surgery again. 4 years ago, at the same hospital in Bucheon, I paid another 1 million won and had revision surgery again. At that time I also added alar reduction surgery. After the 2nd surgery, I saw that they had made my nostrils uneven. The rhinitis only got a little better, but it was still there. I just thought it was my lot in life and lived like that for 3 years. Recently, when I took photos, I saw that my nasal tip had drooped a lot. (You may not believe it, but the first photo is my side view 4 years after having up to the 2nd surgery.) It seemed like flesh had filled back in on my nose too. So I decided to have surgery again and had consultations around Apgujeong. The doctor looked at the CT scan and said my septum was very deviated and needed correction. He said it would be a difficult surgery because I had a severe bulbous nose, but he would do his best, so I trusted him and lay down on the operating table. That’s how I finished my 3rd surgery, and 27 days have passed. Because my nose was originally very bulbous.. the nose itself doesn’t really become slim. But with the 3rd surgery, after correcting the deviated septum inside the nose again, my nasal congestion and rhinitis completely disappeared. My nose is wide open, so I’m very happy~ And as for the appearance, I’m just going to give up and live with it now.. I think there are limits with a bulbous nose. - Oh, right. The front-view photo didn’t show much improvement, so I didn’t take one.
