<Before surgery><After surgery>People these days talk about “teto girls” and “egen girls” and all that, and I don’t really know much about it, but I’m just using the terms lol My biggest concern was that every time I took photos, my nose looked too flattened down (especially from the front), and looking low was my complex. My alae also spread out to the sides, making it look like a bulbous nose, so it bothered me every time I looked in the mirrorㅠ People around me often said things like, “You’d look fine if you just did your nose…” so I started looking into rhinoplasty. But that didn’t mean I wanted an obviously high nose. I just thought I wanted it to change naturally within my overall face. I went around to several places in Gangnam for consultations, but the other places were too flashy and didn’t match my aesthetic sense. When I saw the before-and-after photos, this clinic matched my aesthetic well, and there were many reviews saying the results looked natural, so I decided on it. (More than anything else, it was important that it didn’t look obvious and looked natural.) When I went for the consultation, I told the director I wanted it natural and not too excessive, and he said doing it that way also lowers the chance of problems later, so I felt even more reassured. Since it was my first surgery, he suggested using silicone and autologous cartilage (ear cartilage and septal cartilage), so I decided to go with that! Before surgery, my natural nose honestly looked a bit old-fashioned, like a teto girl (Is this when you use the word teto girl? lolol) Anyway, my nostril size was reduced by half and my nasal bridge became higher, so I really became much more feminine, like an egen girl… The improvement is definitely clear, but it doesn’t look obvious at all…! It was exactly the feeling I wanted. As for swelling, I was only a bit swollen during the first week, and after 2 to 3 weeks, most of the major swelling had gone down. Around one month, the line settled in and became even more natural, so it was fine haha My close friends who see me often all said it turned out well, so I felt really good, and friends I hadn’t met in a while also asked why I’d gotten so pretty, so that made me feel good too haha Since it was my first time, I had a lot of worries, but it seems like I became prettier naturally, not excessively, just the way I wanted, so I’m posting this review in hopes it helps people looking for a natural yet refined nose! The director is the best…!
