I’d never really been stressed about my under-eyes in my life, but one day I suddenly noticed that the area under my eyes was really asymmetrical. I had a consultation around July or August 2024 (consultant -> director), and I booked the surgery on the spot. I had the surgery in October, and on the day of the surgery I didn’t particularly feel like it hurt. On day 2, I was extremely swollen.. ㅠㅠ From day 3, the swelling gradually started going down. Bruising probably varies from person to person, but for me, after about 2 weeks? it was completely gone. People around me said they couldn’t really tell what had changed, and only after I showed them photos and explained did they say, “Ah, I see, it has changed.” The photos are from before and 1 month after the surgery. They say that in most cases, if you do a first round, you also do a second round, so I was trying to book a consultation to decide whether or not I should do the second round. Ugh, our schedules really didn’t match, so making the appointment was so hard ㅠㅠㅠ So I just decided on the spot whether to proceed with the second round, and the new consultant said I didn’t need to do the second round, but I wasn’t satisfied, so I went ahead with the second round that same day. (When booking the consultation, I had asked whether same-day second-round treatment was possible.) It’s now week 3 after the second round, and there aren’t any sunken areas yet. I kept noticing the asymmetry, but that’s gone now, so I’m living satisfied~
