Before <primary nose surgery at 20> After <revised nose> The first rhinoplasty I had at 20, when I knew nothing at all, went completely wrong. My nose had no bridge, a wide alar base, and a bulbous tip that had sunk down, but I was young, wanted a pretty nose, and was lazy, so without looking into several places, I just went to a place my older sister knew and had it done right away. I thought nose surgery meant everything would be pretty. Without even knowing what alar base reduction was or things like that, I just said, "Please do my nose surgery. I don't want it too high. Please make it natural." That nose surgery ended with only the bridge and tip being raised just a little. Then time passed, the bridge started bending sideways, and the tip began lifting upward. Gradually, the upturned nose that looked like a pig nose, along with the nostrils and the wide alar base, started to bother me, so I decided to get a revision. This time I thought it really would be my last surgery, so I went to many places, consulted widely, searched like crazy, and chose this one. After 10 years I had surgery for the bridge, nose lengthening, alar reduction, and bulbous tip. It has only been almost a month so far, and the swelling still needs to go down more, but I am extremely satisfied!!!! The hospital is clean, and the director, staff manager, and nurses were all so kind, and the post-op care was so well organized that I really liked it!! The director also took responsibility for the surgery he performed and took good care of me.
