As the title says, I had surgery with silicone + ear cartilage, but maybe because my original nose was so low, my current nose isn't high either It's a nose that looks obviously operated on, but because of that it is pretty The silicone shows through a lot and feels like it might break through the skin any moment, so I want to remove it I don't know what to do about the cartilage. If it's been 6 years, it's really stuck tightly to the skin.. Would it be okay if I ask them to reposition the cartilage? If only the nasal tip is high, I think it would look really ridiculous When I talked to the hospital where I had surgery, they said they can remove the silicone, but they really can't remove the cartilage, so let's just remove the silicone I do think that makes sense too.. I was so stressed until deciding on removal that I binge ate and all that, but now that I've made up my mind, I feel like, what can I do even if it gets lower..
