I was dumbfounded, but she apologized, so I let it go After that I had a consultation with the director, and he asked why I wanted revision surgery, so I explained the reason. Of course, since it was revision surgery, I had a clear reason based on what I was dissatisfied with, but this was the first director I’ve seen who answered every reason I gave while sounding irritated the whole time He could have said nicely that this kind of thing is possible and this part would likely be difficult, but he answered with a subtle irritation mixed in, so I wondered why he had to be like that I hadn’t even had surgery yet, but it made me think I wouldn’t be able to fully trust them with postoperative follow-up care Consultations at other hospitals were the opposite; even before I explained why I wanted revision surgery, they picked up on it and explained everything professionally, from the parts I was curious about to functional issues, so it really compared badly..
