I really didn’t know a single thing about plastic surgery, but I studied hard and went around for consultations. The estimates came out so different from what I expected that I’m confused, so I’m posting this. For reference, I was just thinking of alar base lowering, and for my first rhinoplasty, the bridge and tip. Clinic A said I need osteotomy for rhinoplasty, correction of a deviated nose, and long nose correction, and the price was 4.8 million won. Clinic B said I need nasolabial angle correction, bulbous nose correction, droopy nose correction, and saddle nose correction, and the price was 4.6 million won. Clinic C said bulbous nose, hump nose, droopy nose correction, and adding columellar support, for 6.08 million won. All three said I absolutely have to put in silicone, but honestly I just want the front view to look a little slimmer and to be improved from now without being greedy. Since they gave so many items in the estimates, I’m wondering if it’s overtreatment, so I’m posting..
Lalaby For overtreatment, the estimate amount is not that high. For the nose to become slimmer, the nasal bridge has to be raised. So of course they’re telling you to put in silicone. A slimmer front view itself is a condition that requires putting something in, so saying you don’t want to put anything in means what exactly… If you have no desire, then it’s right not to get plastic surgery at all.
호루루루레 I don’t know what you expected, but even if you search just a little about rhinoplasty, silicone is commonly put into the nasal bridge. It has to be put in for the tenting effect to make the nose change to a slimmer shape,, If you want to see an effect, personally I think Clinic B pointed things out well.
