I got double eyelid surgery in 9th grade and lived fine for 5 years, but then I felt like my double eyelid line was too thin, so I had revision double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty together. Plastic surgery clinics often sell double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction as a set, and other people do it that way too, so I did it without thinking much. But my eyes before that had actually suited my face in a subtle way. Even if I was going to have revision surgery, I should have only redone the double eyelids.. My eyes suddenly looked too close together, and my face width and cheekbones started to look more prominent. In the end, I even had the 3-contour facial bone surgery. What’s funny about that is that I originally went in only planning to do my cheekbones, but the doctor said my jaw had to be reduced too for balance, so I did all three. Looking back now, I feel like if I just hadn’t done the epicanthoplasty, I probably wouldn’t have touched my bones. I’m looking at old photos now and I just miss it so much. Back then I thought my face looked unattractive, but looking at it now, why does it look so pretty.. I think the best choice for me would have been double eyelid surgery + jaw. I shouldn’t have done epicanthoplasty or cheekbone reduction.. After doing my cheekbones too, my face subtly looks longer.. I did have some cheekbones originally, but they were also subtly holding my face together. Sigh …I want to get epicanthoplasty reconstruction.
노농 Same as me.. I only did 1 mm of epicanthoplasty, but my impression changed completely, so it was really hard. I’m planning to get a minor reconstruction..
polished Right. I also said I wanted epicanthoplasty, but the director told me not to, so I didn’t. You have to go somewhere that really looks at your facial proportions, not somewhere that just bundles everything into a set no matter what.
빛결이음 [@] ㅠ Seriously.. Even though my eyes got bigger, I feel like my impression somehow became older-looking. Eye surgery may have a low barrier to entry, but in reality it’s a difficult surgery, since it determines your overall impression..
빛결이음 [@polished] Right. Back then, people also said eyes without Mongolian folds were better, so it was an era when everyone copied that. I think that made it worse too. This is why people say to visit a lot of different clinics…

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
