My nose was seriously bad. From the front, it was clearly deviated to one side, and from the side, the line looked long and spread out, so it made me look a bit dull. Especially the deviation was really stressful lol But what was harder than the appearance issue was the functional(?) side. Even normally, breathing was uncomfortable, and if I caught even a cold, I really couldn’t breathe through my nose, so sleeping with my mouth open was my daily life. There were times I woke up while sleeping because I felt like I couldn’t breathe. Especially ㅈㅇㅈ handles many cases that address both function and aesthetics, and they had a wide range of surgical cases, so I felt I could trust them. During the consultation, they explained in great detail what my current condition was like and how much improvement would be possible, which was good. Honestly, before surgery, my mindset was, “I’d be satisfied if they just help me breathe well.” But now after surgery, breathing better is a given, and it’s really amazing that my nose shape improved too. The nasal bridge also looks naturally defined, and the nasal tip and line have settled really nicely without looking too obviously operated on. Before, my nose looked long, so my overall impression felt stuffy, but now my facial proportions feel more balanced overall. The deviated part was corrected too, so the left-right asymmetry has decreased a lot. Honestly, getting the deviated part corrected was really huge lol What I’m most satisfied with is that breathing has become so comfortable. It really makes me realize that I had been living while being unable to breathe through my nose to this extent. The bruising and swelling after surgery also went down faster than I expected, and returning to daily life was smooth. Of course, surgery can never be absolutely perfect, but I feel like this surgery changed my life quite a lot.
