Inflammation.. I'm so depressed

A year ago, at a certain plastic surgery clinic, I had nose surgery. My original nasal bridge was neither very high nor low, but my nostrils were a little wide, so I had alar reduction, osteotomy, and silicone inserted.. But I wasn't greedy about height. You know noses that are not very high but have a pretty shape lol I wanted that kind of nose, so I said that, but the doctor made it too high. They said they inserted 4 mm of silicone.. First of all, my nose became way too big, too high for my face, and the nasal tip was blunt too. Ah...... when I take photos, all I can see is my nose, and I developed social anxiety.. When I went to the clinic, they only said it was swelling, so for 6 months I barely met friends and just endured it. Then I asked for revision surgery, and they told me to pay a revision fee... Other clinics all provide aftercare revisions, don't they? Really, just by looking, everyone said I looked better before. Why did you do it, your nose got too big.. So even if I had to pay, I wanted to lower it, and asked them to use the lowest silicone possible. They said it would be simple, so they changed it to 2 mm silicone...... lolololololol After the revision surgery, as the swelling went down, something, whether cartilage or silicone, was protruding a lot in a round shape at the nasal tip, not even in the center but on the left side. I went to the clinic, and they sent me back four times saying I was being sensitive lol After some time, when they saw my nasal tip looking red, they explained that they would take care of it properly.... I lived thinking it had been resolved because it was swollen from swelling, but as the swelling gradually went down, my nose became more and more strange. The cartilage that had shifted to the left shifted even more and protruded more, and it even turned dark red. On the right side, there seems to be no cartilage and it is sunken in. When people meet me, they ask if something grew on my nose, or ask if I got hurt somewhere. Every day is hell, but I am attending school, so I couldn't have revision surgery, and I thought I had to wait until after 6 months, so I endured it. Yesterday vacation started, and I went to the clinic. They said they don't know why, that the silicone keeps coming down, and that it seems silicone doesn't suit me, so they would redo it. Really........ How can I trust and let a clinic that has failed three times do it again? I kept asking for a refund, and the doctor kept saying he would do the surgery and that if the revision failed, he would refund me then;; I kept asking for a refund, and then he said he would contact me by tomorrow, but there has been no contact. I wanted to have the revision at another clinic, so I went to another clinic for a consultation, and heard something I had not expected They said it seems like inflammation, and that the silicone likely needs to be removed.... What happens if the silicone is removed.. I'm so scared. The nasal tip is protruding so much and looks strange, so they said they would redo it, but I'm so confused Honestly, I feel like suing the first clinic, forget the refund and everything Honestly, when I think about the emotional suffering I went through for a year, I want to overturn everything How could they not even know it was inflammation..... I've had it done three times, and I don't like any of the three results. But could it still be inflammation? (My nasal tip is red and protruding.)
