Is lateral canthoplasty originally like this..?? Please take a look.. (photos included)

It has been almost 5 months since I had lateral canthoplasty.. The photo at the very top is after the stitches were removed, and the rest of the photos were all taken yesterday. Even when I first saw the surgical shape, I was nervous. It just looked like only the outer skin had been incised. Now, 5 months later.. when viewed from the front, the upper and lower eyeliner areas are disconnected. When viewed from the side.. it has become rounded and deformed. I went to the hospital recently. I heard that the outer corner of the eye becoming rounded is a side effect of lateral canthoplasty, so I asked if this wasn’t a side effect.. They said the end of my eye is round because that was originally my eye shape. They said it will become more natural over time.. They said the surgery went well. I think I watched the rounded outer corner of my eye for about three months after surgery. During the first month, I was worried because the conjunctiva? red flesh inside the end of my eye showed too much, and from then until now I have been worried because of the rounded shape at the eye end. It hasn’t improved, and maybe because the swelling has gone down, the rounded appearance feels more spread out and bigger.. I had asked them to make the outer corners of my eyes go slightly downward... As you can see in the photos now, the outer corners of my eyes have not gone down either. Every time I look in the mirror I sigh, and my friend says my eyes look strange.. I posted about three times to the hospital saying the outer corners of my eyes look strange, but each time they said the surgery went well, so I wondered if I was being too sensitive and am uploading the photos. How does it look to you? For now, I have left a post at the hospital asking for revision surgery.. There is no answer yet.. and since they keep saying the surgery went well, I don’t think they will do it.. What should I say to the hospital?
