Ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty on surgery day (photos included)

Um... it's embarrassing, but since it's anonymous anyway and my whole face isn't shown, and I benefited quite a bit from information I got in this community, I'm boldly posting a review. I had non-incisional ptosis correction, the epicanthoplasty was just enough to slightly open the Mongolian fold (because I was worried my eyes would look too close together since the space between them is narrow), and for the lateral canthoplasty, the outer corners were lowered slightly too... Please keep any malicious comments to yourself... I'm already in my late 30s, and I think it's been almost 15 years since I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery. Since the world has changed three or four times since then (they say these days the world changes every 5 years,,, ㅡ.ㅡ;;;), even though I paid one million won back then to have them fixed, I'd say I got my money's worth many, many times over from that buried-suture surgery haha But time spares no one... As my eyelids started to droop, my double eyelid line became faint, and as my eyelids covered my pupils, my eyes were gradually becoming sleepy-looking... People would often ask if I was sleepy... At this point, I wasn't even tired of hearing it anymore... But if I were to have revision double eyelid surgery now, it would be meaningless unless the sagging eyelid skin was cut away and the surgery was redone with an incision, so I kept wondering whether incision really was the best option and time just kept passing while I agonized over it. Then I discovered something called ptosis correction here... If it's a surgery that tightens the muscle that opens the eyes, could it work for someone like me...? With that question, and the hope that maybe I wouldn't need an incision, I read reviews here, asked a few people for advice, gathered data on several hospitals, chose a few that I liked, made consultation appointments, and went around... no, drove around to consultations in order (I live in Bucheon, so whenever I go to Seoul I have to set aside a whole day ㅡ.ㅡ). After that, I chose the place that felt the most trustworthy and, so to speak, pulled me in. Since they say to strike while the iron is hot, I asked them to do the surgery the very next day after the consultation (actually, with a bit of pleading and threatening: I live in Bucheon so it's hard to come to Seoul, tomorrow is the only time I have, and if this place couldn't do it tomorrow I'd have to do it at my second-choice hospital even though I didn't really want to, and I wasn't very keen on that place). So today, after a long time, I went and had a round of sedation anesthesia. When you do local anesthesia, the anesthetic injection hurts the most, but since they did local anesthesia after sedation, that was nice too. During the surgery, because they had to check the line, I remember they woke me up a couple of times, sat me up, and checked the line... At that time, no matter how heavy your eyelids feel and even if your mind has gone on a business trip, you have to open your eyes. For a pretty line... According to the younger friend who had surgery with me, the nurse was calling my name at the top of her lungs haha Telling me to sit up haha I couldn't hear anything haha But I faintly remember sitting up while the doctor set the line, and then I flopped back down again... Having surgery again after so long, the world really has gotten better. In the past, they used to stick the anesthetic injection straight into the eyelid... the nose was like that too... (I didn't get my nose done ㅡ.ㅡ;; I only heard about it.) The multiple lines from my stretched eyelids were corrected too (it was hard to draw eyeliner), the blocked Mongolian folds were opened, and more than anything, the thought that my eyes will become bigger and clearer than before makes me so excited and happy tonight. Although right now, tears come out even though I'm not sad, I have blood bruises even though I wasn't hit, and it throbs and hurts... My mood is just like having a painful tooth pulled... I feel relieved and good. Maybe it's like the feeling of finishing all the overdue picture diaries the day before school starts...? haha Since long, big, clear eyes had always been my dream, I had intended to ask, in a very simple, ignorant, and forceful way, for them to open my eyes as much as possible vertically and horizontally, but the doctor at this hospital strangely inspired endless trust, so I just kept my mouth shut and left everything entirely to the doctor. Currently, it's the first day after surgery... A day has passed now, since it's 3 a.m... Let's see... about 15 hours have passed. The swelling is about like in that photo, I've taken medicine twice, and now I'm going to do a compress. I rested a bit and then drove home myself. Luckily, it was less swollen than I expected. I'll only know after the stitches are removed and the swelling goes down, but judging by the current state, um... it's not bad. I'm satisfied. Posting a review again after several years since my last one feels new... I can't sleep either... haha ★The very top is the before-surgery photo... I took it while putting as much strength into my eyes as possible. Even so, the pupils are not fully exposed and they look a bit stuffy, right? The horizontal length of the eyes was also a bit short, and only about two-thirds of the pupils were exposed when I opened my eyes with effort. When I relaxed my eyes in everyday life, the eyelids came down more, so the pupils were more covered than that... they were really blank~~~ looking eyes. ★The second photo... Because of the pain, I still couldn't open my eyes fully. You can think of it as about one-third not fully opened. Even so, you can see that the pupils are exposed as much as before surgery. Once the pain goes away and I can open my eyes normally and widely, I think the pupils will be fully exposed and my eyes will look refreshing. If I add circle lenses on top of that, in one word, wow... I think it'll be amazing... ★The very bottom photo is the one I took now with my eyes closed. You understand why I can't open my eyes wide, right? Even if I want to open them, it hurts so I can't yet... ㅜ.ㅜ I want to get the stitches removed quickly~~~
