It’s almost been 1 year since I had revision rhinoplasty at Top Face!!! I think it has really settled a lot now. Everyone says it looks so pretty. I had surgery to correct my short nose again, and it seems like the short-looking appearance was covered well while coming out with a straight-to-slightly-curved nose line. At the beginning after surgery, it felt like time wasn’t passing, but now life is manageable. During the consultation, the doctor didn’t just look at my nose, but also considered the overall vibe of my face, the design I usually wanted, and my style, and I think the result is good too~^^ This time, I used autologous costal cartilage as the material. From the start, I chose autologous costal cartilage with the idea of using my own tissue to make it sturdy, and I’m satisfied with that decision. I also like that the line came out well. The pain and scar from the autologous costal cartilage weren’t very severe, and I think that’s all thanks to the doctor. After actually having surgery with autologous costal cartilage, what I can definitely tell is that it feels very firm. So I’m not worrying about drooping. The material also seems to have settled stably, so there’s no foreign-body sensation.
