I was debating with a hospital famous for external philtrum reduction, then ended up going after another hospital's counseling manager recommended it. The director here seems to specialize in cosmetic procedures related to midface reduction. They seem to pursue results that aren't excessive, so I went there, and they recommended less than other hospitals. I had also previously gotten ear filler here, so it felt more trustworthy
