I had it done at the end of 2015, didn’t make it much higher, and I’ve taken good care of my body, so it had been fine. But on Sunday morning, the area between my eyebrows suddenly started throbbingㅠㅠ Maybe because I’ve always been really worried about side effects and lived paying a lot of attention to it, I could feel the changes really clearly... sigh The silicone is shifting slightly to the right, and maybe because of inflammation, it has started swellingㅠㅠ I’d heard that after ten years you need to replace the silicone, and I thought surely not, but this day has come for me too.... In this kind of situation, if you get revision surgery, do you usually do it right away? Or do you remove it first, wait, and then do it? I’m newly married, and my husband doesn’t even know I had surgery, so I’m worriedㅠㅠ
익명 First, go to the clinic and get it checked.
코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ [@] The clinic where I had my first nose surgery has become much more famous than when I got it done, and the doctor is on the kind side, so I’ve booked a consultation there for now. But I’m wondering if I should look around at more clinics...ㅠㅠ
익명 [@코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ] First hear the opinion from the clinic where you had your first nose surgery, then look around more. Where you do it is important too, but I heard it helps to hear various opinions from specialists.
코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ [@] I was thinking of deciding tomorrow because going around to clinics felt like a hassle, but thank youㅠㅠ I’ll go around to different places.
니기네이 [@코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ] Yeah, since it’s a revision, I think it’s right to be even more careful. I hope it goes well!!
신미미 You must be very worried. Stay strong, and it will go well.
코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ [@신미미] Thank you! I actually feel more at ease now haha
쨈민이 Is it what they call tenderness? Does it feel like you have a headache because of pressure around the area between your eyebrows?
코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ [@쨈민이] It doesn’t hurt all the way to my head, but I feel a slight pressure from between my eyebrows up to my forehead.
어머징챠 Oh no, you must be so worried ㅠㅠ
미닝이얌 You’re saying it can happen in the tenth year even after being totally fine?ㅜㅜ I’m seriously even more scared of silicone now
코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ [@어머징챠] I’m planning to have revision surgery without an implant!! It was good for 10 years, but on the other hand I lived worrying because I never knew when it might go wrong, so actually I feel more at ease now!!!
코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ [@미닝이얌] If you’ve already had it done, there’s nothing you can do, so enjoy it for now, and when you no longer feel attached to it, I recommend revision surgery without an implant!!! It was almost 10 years and everything was fine, so I thought, oh, will I get through it? But the silicone really shifted within just a day or twoㅠㅠ
얼굴형별론데눈코만해… Can I ask how many millimeters you put in?? I’m curious whether it would be satisfying enough even without an implant...!
코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ [@얼굴형별론데눈코만해도될까] I’ve been to consultations at two places now, and they said since I only had about 1-2 mm of silicone put in, there wouldn’t be a big difference even without an implant. Because of the silicone pressure, it could end up slightly lower than my original nose, but since I didn’t have the surgery because I originally wanted a high nose, they said it should be okay... I think how much silicone you originally had put in matters
