Detailed review + photos of 300/325 Cogel via areolar incision

I had surgery in May with 300 on the left and 325 on the right, I think, so it’s been a little over half a year now lololol Before surgery, my chest was seriously like a total elementary-school kid’s chest, literally about the size of gum stuck on asphalt.... But now after surgery, I wear a 34B or 32C. I’m 170 cm tall and weigh 47 kg. For reference, I live in the U.S., so I had it done in Beverly Hills, so even if you ask about the hospital... I don’t think it would help much lol But the U.S. really is good lolol From the surgery process to aftercare... (you’ll understand if you read it) Because I wanted to do it, I kept coming in and out of this community every day, but seeing bruised photos, drains filling with blood, massages, and so on made me scared, and there were so many things to worry about. In the end, I got so fixated on it that I thought I’d at least get a consultation and went in, ......sigh, it didn’t end with just a consultation, and right there I scheduled the surgery date for two weeks later lolololol I’m a student in school......but I skipped a day of classes and did it lololol First, starting two weeks before surgery, I stopped smoking and drinking and got a blood test. Then they prescribed medication first, three kinds: painkillers, antibiotics, and constipation medicine lololol They said you get constipated after sleep anesthesia and surgery, so anyway, without really having any time to think at all or even time to worry, I had the surgery. When I woke up, there was tape attached around the nipple area, tape along the lower breast fold area, and I was wearing something like some grandma bra lololol After waking up from anesthesia, I put my clothes on bit by bit, and on the way home, even the car shaking stung, and I couldn’t move my arms well. My breasts felt very tight too.. When I got home and slightly opened the bra, there wasn’t any bruising at all, just tape lightly attached over the wounds, and it was really nothing. I took one painkiller every 6 hours, and I think I took the antibiotics and constipation medicine two or three times a day. Well, it didn’t seem like as major a surgery as I expected, and it didn’t interfere much with daily life. After surgery, I rested for one day the next day, then went to school the day after that, and went to work the day after that..... My friends told me I’m a tough case who doesn’t know pain lololol Then five days later, I had the stitches removed. Maybe they hadn’t sewn many stitches, because after removal, the thread was about 5 cm long lololol When I came home and showered, it felt so refreshing, kya They told me to start massaging from then. Up, down, sideways, round and round like this lololol In Korea, people do correction bras or whatever, but here they just told me to go braless or wear a sports bra and massage. And then I went in for checkups every week, and was it about two or three weeks later? They told me, since I had less breast tissue than other people, the pocket was narrow, so they thought it would take a long time for them to settle, but they had already come down a bit, so I could wear an underwire bra lolololololololololol I started wearing underwire bras almost one month after surgery. In Korea, they say you have to pay for massages and go get them, but here there wasn’t anything like that. They just said I could do it myself often for five minutes at a time each day, but I’m so indifferent lololol so I barely did it........but even so, now they’re soft, they feel good, and I’m totally satisfied. First of all, the hard part was about three to four days... For everyday life, other than not being able to move my arms freely, when lying down to sleep or getting up from bed, hmm, it felt like there was a bit of pressure on my chest, like someone was lying on my chest and pressing me down so I couldn’t get up lololol And I have a habit of sleeping on my side, but I couldn’t do that either.. then it got better lololol When I asked the doctor why I didn’t bruise, they said you bruise a lot if you bleed a lot during surgery, but maybe because the doctor is so skilled, I didn’t bruise at all, and it turned out really well. Before, even when I bought clothes, I always chose T-shirts or shirts that came all the way up to my neck, clothes where even if I added padding it wouldn’t show, and I couldn’t even imagine low-cut clothes, but now my clothing style has completely changed to low-cut clothes lololol I’m overflowing with confidence lololololol It feels like, when did I even do it? They already feel like my own breasts lololol First of all, I was so skinny and had no fat, so my breasts don’t really gather together, but even so, now I’m very satisfied that I no longer wear padded bras Before doing it, it felt like such a huge major surgery, but the surgery process and recovery were so simple lololololololol that these days I live forgetting I even had it done lolololol As expected, doctors are the best hehe The photos are with a bra on and with it off. For the one with it off, even though I covered the nipples, I left a bit of the lower surgical scar so you could see it.
