<These are the eyes I want> I had surgery with natural adhesion, but my left eye has formed a double crease and the double eyelid has come undone. I also have upper eyelid hollowing. The line is low, so since I am doing it, I want to raise it just a little. 1. They said my eyes are extremely easy and it would be simple. They suggested raising the line with a non-incisional buried suture method. They said the surgery would be finished within 20 minutes under very minimal anesthesia. When I showed them the photo of the line I want, they said my eyes are already a semi-out line, and if they just raise the line a bit, that would be those eyes. They did not really say anything about giving a discount if I posted photos somewhere. 2. They said I get double creases because there is no fat in my eyes. They said if I do natural adhesion, I will probably come back for surgery again for the same reason. They said I am young and they do not think it is to the extent of needing fat grafting, but to let even a little fat in the upper part of the eye provide some weight, they suggested making a partial incision slightly above my current line. Then it will not come undone again. Of course, when you get older, the eyelid may become hollow, so you might need fat grafting. 3. They said natural adhesion would probably be enough. They asked if I wanted to raise the line, then after holding the line, they said if I raise the line, the eye asymmetry will probably be more visible. They said the current line also looks okay when they held it, so I should think about keeping the current line as it is.
