I lost weight from exercising, but.. I didn’t know I’d lose breast volume too…

After becoming an adult, I kept doing unhealthy starvation diets, so I lost a lot of weight, but my breasts completely disappeared too ㅠㅠ Honestly, I used to think breasts < appearance, and I lived only being interested in procedures and eye/nose surgery. But at some point I started paying attention to my body shape.. Especially in summer, it felt hard having sweat build up on my chest because of thick pads, and even when I wore bras famous for padding, like aimerfeel and such, I started feeling disappointed that my clothes still did not look good ㅠ Once I started caring, the more time passed, the more I wanted fuller breasts.. After deciding, I immediately went through the steps of browsing, online research, and in-person consultations, and got the surgery lol The doctor checked my chest wall, breast pocket, and ribs, and selected an appropriate size well?? There is a saying that too much can be worse than too little, but after looking up breast surgery reviews until now, I saw many people who later felt disappointed about the size. Also, my ideal look from the start was a natural glamour style, so I think I was able to choose a larger size without hesitation!! Right now I wear about a C cup to D cup in underwear, and I can wear tight clothes without feeling burdened?! I think people will be most curious about the feel.. They say if you are curious how much the feel will soften after breast surgery, you should touch belly fat, right?? lol But I think that is for people who already have some of their own breast tissue lol For me, it feels naturally like the softness of the implant?? But it is soft and squishy!! Sometimes when friends ask how my breasts are doing, they tell me not to go around saying first that I had breast surgery lol, because they think people would not know lol The inframammary fold scar is now left as a thin white line! If you look closely you can see it, but when standing, it is covered under the breast so it is not visible! There is no pain or discomfort, and I am living my daily life completely freely lol When I was looking into hospitals, I read so many reviews and went to so many in-person consultations. By my standards, this was the place where I liked the doctor’s skill, communication, and everything. The result came out exactly as I had hoped, and they continued to check my follow-ups carefully after surgery, which was good. I think many people look into breast surgery, and for women, the face is important too, but breasts really seem to be about self-satisfaction! lolol
