-Concerns before surgery: My complex was my low nose and wide-looking nostrils. Even though I’m a man, my nose was blunt and on the low side, so I felt it made my impression look bad. -Reason I decided on surgery: I thought it would be difficult to solve the fundamental issue with a simple procedure like nose filler alone. I wanted my nasal bridge and nasal tip to look more defined and my nostrils to be smaller, so I decided to have surgery. -Reason I chose Our Plastic Surgery: I first had consultations at a couple of clinics, but I didn’t like that they recommended unnecessary additional surgeries, or that the waiting time was long while the consultation time was too short. I felt unpleasant because it seemed like they were openly treating customers like products, but I liked that Our Plastic Surgery was different from those clinics. I went in urgently for a consultation without even making a reservation in advance, but even though it was close to closing time, the staff kindly guided me, and after surgery they also explained aftercare in detail. -Director’s strengths: The director first listened to my concerns and then explained in detail which of them were possible to improve and which would be realistically difficult. In my case, he told me that my low nasal bridge, blunt nasal tip, and wide nostrils could be sufficiently improved, and that to give a natural impression, an appropriate amount of silicone (3-4 mm) should be placed in the nasal bridge. I also liked that he carefully explained the side effects that could occur after surgery and their likelihood. -Current condition and results: It has been 1 month since surgery. Looking at my nose now, I definitely feel my impression has become cleaner compared with before, and more than anything, I’m satisfied because my previously blunt nasal tip now feels like it extends out clearly. Friends and acquaintances have reacted well too, and many say it turned out pretty and natural. For the first week after surgery, the splint made everyday life very uncomfortable, but now that a month has passed, I’m living without any particular discomfort. I strongly recommend Our Plastic Surgery to men who are considering nose surgery.
