A man’s 3rd nose surgery..

It’s as written in the photos.. First, the photos from the 1st and 2nd surgeries are only full-face shots. I had all of them done in Busan. -1st surgery: 3 mm silicone, septal cartilage, nostril/alar reduction, removal of nasal fat (The one I was most satisfied with among the surgeries..) -Then around 2 years after the surgery.. complications came. Something weird started protruding next to the glabella area of my nose, and the nose also became higher (they said it was because too much capsule had formed inside my nose..) I was just so annoyed by revision surgery and everything that I removed the silicone.. I lived like that for 1 year, then I don’t know what possessed me, but I ended up having surgery again.. Since 3 mm seemed a bit high, I put in 2 mm (nasal tip manipulation left as it was).. (It looked pretty when there was swelling at first, but once the swelling went completely down, the nose looked crooked.. because they did it without properly removing the capsule,,) -For the 3rd surgery, thinking it would be the last, I went to the most famous hospital, just had a brief consultation, trusted the director, and left it up to him,, I told him all the reasons I was getting revision surgery.. Surgical method: 5 mm silicone, nasal tip with septal cartilage + costal cartilage. After it was over, I heard they put in 5 mm silicone.. I was shocked and asked if it wasn’t too high, and he said it wasn’t. Something about old silicone and current silicone being different, or whatever,., (Now that the swelling is going down, it doesn’t seem as high as I thought.) But what is this, they raised the nasal tip way too much compared with the bridge and made me into Pinocchio. Ah... It’s not even Solbi’s nose, and if I were a woman maybe I’d understand, but to make a man’s nose like this.. seriously, the stress is exploding. When I told the director, he did say he would readily do revision surgery.. but getting on the operating table again, and not knowing the result, haah.. I can only sigh.. The most important thing,, please look at the photos from the 3rd surgery. I really need to lower the nasal tip, right?? First, these are day 25, and the last photo is day 32. Does the swelling look different between day 25 and day 32..?
