Before getting double eyelid surgery, I already knew my eyes would come undone if they were fixed too ambiguously (eyes with a lot of upper eyelid fat) So I had the incisional method, removed upper eyelid fat too, and did everything the doctor said would probably be necessary, like ptosis correction, etc. After the double eyelid surgery, once the stitches were removed, I found tiny dot-like leftover stitches about twice, so I went back to the clinic and had them removed (I had a bad feeling from then on..) I tried my best not to do anything that could make the double eyelid come undone, like eyelash perms, wearing contacts, etc. It has now been 140 days since my double eyelid surgery, and in the end my eyes completely came undone, went back to their original size, and the double eyelid is also multiple layers of overlapping creases Ha... even if I get aftercare/revision, I hate going through that post-surgery pain again, and I also hate going to work again while swollen On top of that, the place I went to is not even a factory-style clinic, but a hospital famous for revision surgery...
