Changes after 2-contour facial bone surgery and double-chin liposuction

Hello :) It's already been 3 weeks since surgery~

By week 2, a lot of the initial swelling had gone down, and especially the side profile and square jawline look much slimmer and more naturally refined than before. Under my chin, thanks to liposuction, the thick feeling I had before has decreased, and as the double chin is being refined, my jawline is gradually becoming visible.

The curve from below the cheekbones to the square jaw has become smooth and soft. From the front, my face width definitely looks reduced, and taking photos is more fun. My chin tip wasn't reduced a lot, so personally I do slightly think I wish it had been reduced a bit more, but the overall proportions came out stable.

I didn't wear the **compression band** after day 7 except for meals and washing my face, and I'm doing warm compresses at the same time, and the speed of swelling reduction is definitely different. Right now, there is almost no discomfort when speaking or chewing, but I'm still being careful with tough foods.

The swelling hasn't fully gone down yet, so I don't know the final line, but compared with before surgery, I often hear that my facial balance has been refined and my impression has become much softer. Rather than a dramatic change no matter what, I think it's a surgery worth recommending to people who want a natural image improvement. And as of today, it's week 3. At first there was a lot of swelling, so I couldn't really tell, but after passing week 2, I could see my facial line gradually settling. When viewed from the front, my jawline is refined, so my face looks much smaller, and from the side, the jaw that used to extend in a rounded way now falls softly, making my impression look really clean. Once the protruding-looking feeling of the front chin was corrected too, the overall balance changed completely. And my double chin has also been refined a lot, so the line under my chin feels much lighter. I can definitely feel the difference from the side.

Swelling and bruising The swelling around the square jaw did last a little longer than the swelling at the front chin, but after 3 weeks it looks almost natural. The bruising was almost all gone after about 2 weeks. Now it doesn't look awkward at all even if I go out bare-faced!

Changes in sensation A slightly dull feeling remains under my lips, but there is no discomfort in daily life. As the clinic explained, it seems to be gradually improving. Sensation in the double-chin area has come back a lot, and quite a bit of the swelling has gone down. When I press it, it feels slightly firm, but there is no pain and it's fine.

Changes in meals For the first week, I carefully ate thin rice gruel and porridge, and after that I could eat ramen or soft side dishes enough. Now I can eat almost everything well, but I'm still being a bit careful with hard or tough foods!

After actually doing it, the things I had wondered about before surgery were like this:

Will it look natural? -> I actually hear a lot that I look like I lost weight. It feels naturally refined, so my satisfaction is high. Will the line change be big? -> The difference is bigger than I expected. Especially when taking photos, my facial contour comes out differently. I was worried about abnormal sensation -> Only some areas are slightly dull, and most of it doesn't interfere with daily life.

Changes after surgery

My habit of trying to hide my chin when taking selfies disappeared. Thanks to a slimmer face, styling my hair and choosing clothes has become more fun too. As my double chin was refined, I hear a lot that my impression has definitely become cleaner and more refreshing.
