If the eyes themselves are uneven, the double eyelids looking different could be because of the original double eyelids too, and with restoration, outer lines often become inner lines. From experience, I actually liked mine becoming an inner line. My eyes got a bit smaller after inner-corner restoration, but the proportions and things got better, so I'm satisfied.
