I’m mostly satisfied with the hospital where I had revision rhinoplasty. Their postoperative care, including swelling management, was good. Something had protruded inside my nose, whether it was scar tissue or cartilage, and they just charged the anesthesia fee and touched it up slightly. While doing that, they also additionally removed fat inside my nose. However, at the time of surgery, they recommended osteotomy too, so I had it done, but I do wonder whether it was really necessary. At that time, they also recommended a paranasal augmentation, and I’m thinking I’m glad I didn’t go that far. They tend to make results look natural. However, they tend to make the nostrils somewhat visible from the front, so people who dislike that should think about it a little.
