Second breast fat grafting + arm liposuction review, brokers please disappear 3

Hi everyone, First breast fat grafting: Liposuction of the back flanks + back thighs + accessory breast tissue Right 390 cc, left 350 cc Upper bust: 89 cm, underbust: 75 cm Second breast fat grafting: 360-degree upper-arm liposuction + inner-thigh liposuction Right 350 cc, left 320 cc Upper bust: 90 cm, underbust: 74 cm Current: 75C or larger Upper bust: 90 cm, underbust: 74 cm I had my second surgery in December, and I’m now at the 6-month mark. I can’t edit my previous post anymore, so I’m posting this as part 3. If you leave sensitive questions as private comments, I’m replying to all of them! In my last post, I said 90 cm and underbust 74 cm, and I’m still maintaining that now. None of the 75B underwire bras I used to wear fit anymore, so I threw them all out, and now I only wear Be**, Do***, built-in-cup camisoles, and seamless bras. As time passed after surgery, my breasts became even softer and slightly sagged like natural breasts, so they look extremely natural and feel very soft. Like tea in a teacup... Before surgery, I usually only wore oversized clothes, so people around me had no idea what my original size was. So a lot of people think my current size is my original size. I also got a boyfriend after the surgery, and he had no idea. Visually and to the touch, there’s really nothing different from natural breasts, so I think no one would know as long as the scars aren’t visible. My boyfriend is especially oblivious to little things, so he seems to have no clue at all. I’m trying to find the right timing to tell him haha Since the surgery, my accessory breast tissue is gone and my arm line looks prettier too, so I’ve been shopping like crazy these days. Whatever I wear, the fit looks good, and my confidence has gone way up! These days I’m obsessed with shopping for summer clothes haha Since the surgery, I’ve been wearing only large-size built-in-cup camisoles, and it’s interesting that even when I wear tight clothes over them, my chest still looks big. More than anything, they’re so comfortable that I plan to keep wearing only wireless bras from now on. The downside is that built-in-cup camisoles barely provide any support, so I’m slightly worried my breasts may sag little by little. The scars are still there like in the photos, but they are definitely getting lighter. The scar on the front thigh is the worst, so I’m getting treatment and monitoring the progress, and it seems like the armpit scars inevitably remain. Looking at myself, I also wonder if I have keloid-prone skin. Thankfully, I’m not the type to wear sleeveless tops much, so it doesn’t bother me too much. At first, I was anxious because the band caused dark pigmentation, but that has improved a lot with time. In conclusion, I’m very satisfied so far, and I think the best part is that it doesn’t look obvious. If I had gone as far as a third round, people around me might have noticed, but stopping here makes it look natural and pretty. As I said before, I really wasn’t satisfied after the first round, and I even regretted it, thinking I should have just done liposuction. But I’m a case that became satisfied after the second round, so I hope this helps everyone who’s debating it like I did. The consultant and doctor said it isn’t that important which area’s fat is used, but my arms had always been on the chubby side, so I think using arm fat was a godsend. Personally, I think choosing the fat donor area is really important too! For those asking whether I’m satisfied and whether I’d recommend it: I feel this surgery is hard to recommend to everyone, because it leaves scars and recovery takes quite a while... It may be faster than regular breast surgery, but for someone like me who has a job that uses the body a lot, it may not be an easy choice. The compression garment was especially the absolute worst! And the biggest thing I was anxious about was whether the fat would survive well or not. It also cost quite a lot, and if the fat hadn’t survived, this would have been a surgery I might have regretted a lot. The stress I had while waiting and hoping for good fat survival was really huge. So I think it’s hard to say this is a surgery you can just decide on lightly. But the advantage is how natural it is! Assuming the fat survives well, it doesn’t shift like implants or end up looking like rice bowls placed on the chest. Of course there is a possibility of calcification, but the doctor said that absolutely would not happen, and if it ever did, he would take responsibility personally, so in the end I think choosing the hospital and doctor is really important. Another advantage is that you can remove unwanted fat at the same time! I keep wondering why I didn’t remove my arm fat sooner haha My shoulders were originally broad and I had a lot of fat on my upper arms, so it stressed me out, but I never knew losing that arm fat alone could make life this happyㅠㅠ These days I’m living for the fun of getting dressed. Oh! For reference, I heard oil cysts can form, and I think I have one on the upper right breast area, so I’m going to ask about it when I go for scar treatment. They said it’s not a big problem, and that it either goes away with time or can be removed with a syringe. Anyway, that’s it for my 6-month review, and if I remember at the 1-year mark, I’ll come back! Before my surgery, I got so much help from everyone here, so I’m leaving this post hoping I can be helpful too. If you have questions, leave a comment and I’ll try to answer as quickly as possible~ Bye
