I went into it thinking I wanted to finish everything with my first surgery, so for the nasal tip I used autologous costal cartilage + septal cartilage, shaved down the hump, and put 2.5 mm silicone in the bridge. The swelling still hasn’t gone down much yet, but I think the side profile came out well..!! Do you think the surgery went well..??
