I went for a rhinoplasty consultation, but they recommended that I should probably do my cheekbones and jaw area more than my nose. For the nose, they said the area between my eyes is narrow, so we consulted on raising it only a little, and because I have a bulbous nose, using silicone and ear cartilage and tying it.
For the cheekbones and jaw, they recommended surgery fixed with pins and took a CT scan. My jawbone is extremely short... whether jaw advancement surgery would be possible... I’m questioning it? Anyway, they recommended it, and when I asked about an implant, they advised against it.
