I had osteotomy, silicone about 1.5 mm to 2 mm, and for the tip, septal cartilage + ear cartilage I told the doctor I wanted a nose with a high tip and a low bridge, but I ended up looking like an avatar It looks like a straight nose Is this swelling? It feels like there isn’t swelling, but the tip is so blunt It’s not a slender nose I think I looked much better before... My image changed and I seem to look harsher Ah, will it look different once the swelling goes down? What do you think? Please take a look The one below is before my nose surgery
