Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Contracture after revision rhinoplasty?

I’ve had nose surgery twice. The first time was about 3 years ago, but I had the complication of the silicone protruding out through the skin -_- and had revision surgery again 1 year later. That revision didn’t work in one go either, so I had surgery again about 2 weeks or 1 week after the revision.. At the place where I had my first surgery, they used septal cartilage, and I understand that it wasn’t removed during the revision, so it’s just still there. Maybe that’s why my nasal tip seems especially hard. Before I ever had anything done to my nose, it was just a bit low and round. My nostril shape wasn’t pretty, but it wasn’t an upturned nose.. But after the revision, as time goes by, my nostrils show a lot, and it really bothers me.. At first after the revision, the nasal tip had come down a lot. But after about 1 year, my nostrils were showing, so I went to the hospital, and they said it was because of the shape of my nostrils.. So I lived with it for another year, thinking that’s just how it was, but these days they show really severely.. From the front, you can clearly see my nostrils. Even if I lift my head just a little, it looks completely like a pig nose haha I originally disliked semi-beoseon or beoseon-shaped noses.. I like a straight nose where the nostrils don’t show.. Anyway, is this contracture? In cases like this, does the hospital that did the revision do another revision for you.. If I do have revision surgery, I don’t want to touch the bridge or the overall nose, and I just want the nasal tip to come down. If I have surgery like that, will it swell a lot or be obvious?ㅠㅠ Because I remember nose surgery being so difficult, honestly I don’t really want to lie on the operating table again.. But my nostrils bother me so much.. Please leave comments~~
