These are photos I took yesterday and today,, I deliberately took some with flash and some without, and in different places,, How does it look,, Does my philtrum look long?? If the nasal tip drops, will the thing that makes the philtrum look long pass after the contracture period and come down below the nasal septum? Then the philtrum looking long would improve too,,, The surgery was philtrum reduction, osteotomy on both sides of the nasal bridge, nostril/alar base reduction, and ear cartilage used for the nasal tip,, It was a nose that had septal cartilage used in the first surgery before, and this time for the revision surgery, ear cartilage was used.
