I even had nose revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic, but it failed, so I came here I couldn't breathe well, and even after getting aftercare for a pinched nose, crooked nose, strangely elongated columella, upturned nose, and so on, the plastic surgery clinic had damaged my nasal septum in a strange way ...^^ When meeting people, I wore a mask and even developed social anxiety.
After thinking about it for 3 years, I had surgery this year at a clinic, and now I don't even think about my old nose. I'm just so grateful. I can breathe well, and instead of the strange 11-shaped nostrils I had before, I now have round, normal-looking nostrils, and my crooked nose and overall asymmetry have been corrected, so I'm really happy haha.. Since it was my third surgery, I can accept a little scarring on the columella, and I think I'm fortunate the surgery went well.
